Constitution

The Cloverleaf Garden Club constitution outlines the club's mandate, membership rights, transparency, accountability and democratic principles and is central part of the club's operation. This constitution will:

  • Explain to members (and non-members) what our club is about.

  • Help protect club members and officers.

  • Clarify how club procedures should work.

  • Clarify and help sort out internal problems

Club Bylaws

These are rules set by our organization so that we can regulate ourself. They ensure that there are certain standards and practices that must be maintained regardless of who is in charge. Think of them as the internal laws of our club. If members wish to join, they must agree to adhere to these laws.
